Lt. Mike Hatch, MPA (ret.)

Lt. Michael Hatch is the founder of Crisis Response Consultants, LLC.  Michael is retired from the Johnson City Police Department and after his retirement was responsible for Crisis Services for the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier.   Mike developed 911 Diversion in New York State and is a law enforcement trainer in Mental Health First Aid.

Mark Giuliano, MSW

Mark Giuliano, MSW has over 30 years experience working at the intersection of the mental health, substance use and criminal justice system.  Mark has 22 years experience providing training, crisis service development and technical assistance to mental health, law enforcement and emergency services.

Christopher John, LMSW

Christopher John has over 20 years experience delivering behavioral health services to people in the justice system and has led the effort in reimagining policing at a local level.  He is a certified CIT trainer and is a SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery) lead in the community.

Amanda Bailey

Amanda Bailey has worked in Emergency Service as a Dispatcher for over 20 years.  In addition to her commitment to Emergency Services, Amanda studied Homeland Security at SUNY Broome.  Amanda is trained in Wellness through the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials.

Qalvy Grainzvolt, M.S., LMHC

Qalvy Grainzvolt has over 20 years of experience in wellness- including time in service as a chief of clinical nutrition care, service in the U.S. Army National Guard and as a uniformed police chaplain. Qalvy is also a mindfulness instructor at New York University as well as for various police, fire, and emergency services in New York State.
